We offer shipping for whole nationwide of Malaysia. Effective 15th January 2021, our shipping rates are as follows:

Pre-order: If your order contains one or more pre-order item(s), the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. To ensure your available "in stock" item(s) are not held while pre-order item(s) are pending, we suggest that you order the pre-order item(s) separately.
We love our brand and understand our products well. We wrap the products with exclusive inflatable Air-bubble wrap and will be packed in our special die-cut carton box for delivery to our valued customers.
Delivery within West Malaysia will take 8 – 15 working days. For delivery to East Malaysia will take 10 – 21 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there! Orders made before 3 PM will be captured as order made of that day itself.
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may also track the parcel at the courier\'s website or the tracking link that will be provided.
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier\'s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
