We love our brand and understand our products well. We wrap the products with exclusive inflatable Air-bubble wrap and will be packed in our special die-cut carton box for delivery to our valued customers.
Delivery within West Malaysia will take 8 β 15 working days. For delivery to East Malaysia will take 10 β 21 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there! Orders made before 3 PM will be captured as order made of that day itself.
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may also track the parcel at the courier\'s website or the tracking link that will be provided.
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier\'s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.

I have been a fan of Jenny Bakery since 2018, personally to Hong Kong outlet to purchase and bring back to Malaysia, also I went to the Singapore outlet to purchase many years back but not been to Singapore since MCO unless for personal function until recently I was overjoyed when I got to know that Jenny Bakery has an outlet in Malaysia at Bangsar somewhere not far from my house, thank you Jenny Bakery

The cookies are as good as usual, however, you need to improve your delivery speed as I had waited 1.5 months before getting the cookies.

Absolutely rubbish service. Bought online on 6th May. Got a tracking number that is stagnant on 13th May. Now it is 27th May and I haven't received. Email and WhatsApp them for many times, and get no response at all. Online platform is a scam.

Jenny Bakeryβs cookies are my favourites, especially the very rich aromatic coffee flavour. And my husband loves the butter flavour cookies while he enjoys his coffee with it. They always come with the cutest lovely designs of boxes ever, and my daughter loves to keep those boxes right after we finished the cookies. What a joy for the entire family to have Jenny Bakery in the house! The rich aroma, and the βmelt-in-your-mouthβ moments makes it the best snack for tea timeβ¦ and basically anytime of the day! Simply love it πͺπ₯°
The first time I experienced Jenny Bakery cookies was when I received it as a gift from a friend during MCO1.0 β and I instantly found my best coffee companion! The texture is so smooth and the taste is so rich!! My favourite is the coffee flavoured cookies. They make my ordinary coffee break extraordinary! Iβve since then bought many more from Jenny Bakery to give them away to my close friends. Best cookies ever!
